Cleveland Construction Welcomes Interns for 2025 Summer Program

Cleveland Construction, Inc. is pleased to welcome 9 college interns who began their Summer Internship Program on Monday, June 2, 2025.
These interns will be based out of our Mentor, Ohio, Charlotte, North Carolina, and Cincinnati, Ohio offices and will spend the next 10 weeks gaining practical experience in Project Management, Field Supervision, Estimating, and Corporate Support.
Each intern has been assigned a mentor to provide guidance, answer questions, and support their professional development. At the end of the Summer program, all interns will deliver a final presentation summarizing their experience. The top three presentations will receive scholarships totaling $10,000.

Throughout the internship, participants will be introduced to Cleveland Construction’s core values and gain exposure to our safety, quality, and project management practices. They will support active projects in both field and office environments, and participate in weekly training sessions through our Make It True® University.
As part of their orientation, the interns in Ohio visited the historic adaptive reuse project at Residences at 700 in Downtown Cleveland.
Charlotte-based interns participated in guided tours of the Beckworth Hotel historic adaptive reuse project and the new 1701 East Boulevard Apartments project. The tours provided insight into jobsite operations, allowing interns a first look at how Cleveland Construction manages complex renovation projects in the field.
Cleveland Construction remains committed to developing future construction professionals. Follow us on social media this summer as we share their journey.
