Charlotte, NC (July 5, 2022) - Cleveland Construction, Inc., a 188bet体育投注 multi-family construction management firm, is excited to announce that its Charlotte team has started the construction of a new $83M multi-family development located at 1701 East Boulevard in the Dilworth neighborhood of Charlotte, North Carolina.
The project is a 100% post-tensioned cast-in-place concrete structure and includes a 5-story North tower & a 7-story South tower totaling 302 units, amenities, & retail. Both buildings will sit atop a 3-level below-grade parking garage. Cleveland Construction's Charlotte team is scheduled to complete this project in 2025.
