East Blvd Apartments in Charlotte Reaches Another Construction Milestone
Charlotte, NC (March 4, 2024) - Cleveland Construction, Inc.'s Charlotte office is proud to announce another significant milestone at the development.
Following the successful topping out of Building A earlier this year, our team achieved a similar milestone with the topping out of the taller 7-story Building B, marking the building reaching it full 7-story height. This 1701 East Blvd Apartments multifamily structure is being constructed in three phases: Buildings A, B, and C.
Building B, a 7-story post-tension concrete structure, now stands alongside Building A as our concrete contractor, ., performed the final PT concrete pour of Building B on February 28, 2024. Construction workers will now shift their focus primarily to the interior of the building.

With Building B topped out, the majority of United Forming鈥檚 crew has transitioned to work on Building C, also a 7-story structure constructed of post-tensioned concrete.
