Residence Inn Indianapolis Plainfield Construction Profile
Cleveland Construction, Inc. was contracted by Peachtree Hotel Group to serve as the construction manager for the new Residence Inn by Marriott at The Shops at Perry Crossing in Plainfield, Indiana.
Completed in October 2024, the four-story, 80,000-square-foot wood-framed hotel features 108 guestrooms, an indoor pool, a fitness center, a meeting room, a front desk with lounge, dining areas, and a landscaped exterior patio.
The project included demolition and relocation of existing utilities, installation of new underground utilities, a new asphalt parking lot, site concrete for sidewalks and curbs, and landscaping improvements.
The building’s exterior features EIFS, thin brick, and Nichiha siding, while the interior includes high-quality finishes such as paint, vinyl wall coverings, carpet, and tile.
Cleveland Construction also coordinated the installation of all owner-supplied furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) to meet Marriott brand standards.
