Specialty Trades Contractor for the Grand Hyatt Nashville
Cleveland Construction, Inc. was the specialty trades contractor under the Clark/Bell joint venture for the construction of a new 24-story, 784,000 SF Grand Hyatt luxury hotel in Nashville, Tennessee. The hotel is located within the 16-acre Nashville Yards development and was Nashville鈥檚 third-largest hotel and one of only a dozen Grand Hyatt hotels in the US at the time of grand opening in October 2020.
The new hotel features 591 guest rooms, a signature restaurant, multiple bars, a rooftop lounge, an 8,000 SF spa, a fitness center, a pool deck overlooking downtown Nashville, and 3 floors of below-grade parking. The hotel also includes two ballrooms and more than 65,000 SF of event and pre-function space.
Cleveland Construction鈥檚 scope of work included interior and exterior metal stud framing, acoustical ceilings, acoustical plaster, stucco, and gypsum wallboard.
