Drywall and Framing for the Homewood Suites Hotel Louisville
Cleveland Construction, Inc. performed as the interiors trades contractor for a new Homewood Suites by Hilton Hotel in Louisville, Kentucky. The new 5-story, 100,253 square-foot extended-stay hotel includes 134 hotel units and an outdoor pool for guests.
The building construction consist of a structural system with a combination of precast concrete, load-bearing CMU walls, and steel framing. Ground improvements are required as part of this project.
This extended-stay hotel features a first-level lobby with guest amenities including a lodge with a breakfast pantry, fitness center, meeting room, business center, hospitality offices, and an outdoor pool with brick clad screening.
